This policy explains what data Vinance (operated by LISAN AI - FZE) collects when you use the app at https://lisan.org/vinance, why, and the control you have over it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email, and workspace membership, so you can sign in and we can attribute changes.
- Business data you enter: your invoices, bills, transactions, contacts, items, and the documents you upload. This is your company's financial data; we process it to run the features you use.
- Operational logs: basic request and error logs to keep the service running and secure.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your company's financial records to train models for other customers. We do not show third-party advertising.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time and request deletion of your account and its data. Contact support@lisan.com.
