In transit and at rest

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption at rest.

Access

• Role-based access within a workspace, so people see only what their role allows.
• Passwordless one-time-code access for portals, so there is no shared password to leak.
• An audit trail records who changed what and when.

Desktop app

The Windows desktop app is code-signed. It opens the same live data as the web app; there is no separate local copy to secure.
